“Collection about Nature” from November 1, 2025
With the exhibition “Collection on Nature”, we reactualize Skive Art Museum’s collection with the topic: “Art’s view of nature”. What happens when we bring works together across time and art historical isms with the topic of nature as the subject of art? The collection is reinterpreted with the three themes: “Nature and faith”, “Nature and the man-made” and “Landscape interpreted”. With nature as the focal point, new and unexpected connections arise between the works.
